3. Booking and Payments

Clients can book appointments via our website’s booking system.
Payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept PayPal or direct electronic bank transfers.
Prices are listed in EUR (€).
Invoices compliant with French tax regulations will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
In accordance with French consumer protection laws, clients purchasing goods and services online have a 14-day withdrawal period, unless the service has already commenced within this period and the client has expressly waived their right to withdraw.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate health information and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may impact their coaching.
Clients understand that results may vary based on individual commitment, lifestyle, and adherence to recommendations.
Clients must follow any pre-session requirements or preparatory instructions provided before a consultation.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any changes in their health status that may affect their participation in the coaching program.
Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any significant changes to their diet or lifestyle based on our guidance.
Clients agree not to record or distribute any session content without our explicit written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Our services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We are not liable for any health issues arising from applying the information provided during consultations.
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by French law.
